Ways To Increase Flexibility~!~ |
||
|
There
are many stretches to increase you flexibility. One of the main
stetches to get fast results is to put you bottom against the wall.Then
you spread your legs out onto the wall.Stay there for as long as you
need.Gravity will eventually pull your legs apart into a split. After
doing this stretch continue to practice on your splits to insure to
stay flexible. Another stretch that you can do to help you with your
splits may be a lot more painful then the one before. You and
a partner both go into a straddle. Then pull each other into the
middle. Stay in that position until you are comfortable with it. Once
you are comfortable in that position have your partner pull you
closer to the middle. |
